Do my crew members need to create an account or download anything?
No. Each person gets a personal link. They tap it, vote on each date, and they're done. Nothing to sign up for.
What does "threshold" mean?
You set how many people need to say yes before you can lock the trip. If you have 8 guys and need 6 to commit, set the threshold to 6. Lock when 6 are in.
What if none of the dates work?
You can propose a new round of dates from your dashboard. The old round gets archived so you can see who said what. New invites go out automatically.
What if someone changes their mind?
They can update their vote anytime until you lock the trip. Same link, new answer.
Is this really free?
